Children up to 7 years old who sleep in the same bed with their parents, do not pay.
The room rates do not include the tourist accommodation tax of the amount of EUR 6 per night stay (for a maximum of 10 days) and must be paid in cash on arrival. The tax is calculated per person and does not have to be paid by children up to 10 years of age, residents of Rome, disabled people and only one carer for every hospitalized patient and parents of disabled children under the age of eighteen.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations can be canceled free of charge via the communication up to 7 days prior to arrival; in this case, 100% of the amount paid at the time of reservation will be refunded.
For cancellations in the last 6 days or no show 50% of the total paid will not be returned.
